Best Nando's customer service I've ever had. The salad was spectacular.Food: 5/5
This place has gone steadily downhill in the last year+, and today the food was inedible. The tenders were no longer breast tenders and had been replaced with something that would resemble lumps of rubber more than chicken - absolutely disgusting.
Now I understand why there is no longer a direct phone line available. Worst quality food I have ever ordered. Completely cold and wrong drink. This is a food safety issue that needs to be addressed. Will not shop here again.
The stoned-looking guy working tonight rolled his eyes and walked away from me when I asked for a table. No idea what else I was meant to do. There was only a sign with a QR code telling me to order at the front door. Maybe I'm out of touch... About as bad as it gets in terms of customer service. Wow. I used to really like Nando's in the past. This was an off-putting experience.
Fantastic service & tasty, delicious healthy food options - ! - very professional, attentive & customer focussed. The store was spotless, hand sanitiser provided outside on a table with a menu beside it, which was very helpful. Parking is super easy, as there is a car park right outside the front entrance. We ordered the starters chicken bbq ribs & pita with hummus, which were superb, we also had the chicken, avo & fetta wrap which was fresh, tasty & quite delicious. We will definitely try this store again.
Ordered through Menulog as Uber eats said that they are not delivering for Nando’s Morningside e at this time. The order never turned up. It went from being arriving at 13.40-1.15 then updated to arriving 12.40-2.15. I called the store. They refused to answer and got a message to say they are too busy and to call back and then it hung up. Tried twice. Spoke to menu log twice. First one it had been picked up and second time to say it had been delivered. I waited for an hour and a half. Never turned up. Not the first time I’ve had issues with nandos Morningside brisbane. Last time they would not serve me over the counter even though they were standing around talking. She made me download the app and order that way. I will NEVER use Nandos Morningside again. These franchise owners are giving Nandos a bad name. They will end up going under at this rate.
Omg you have to order through the app even if dining in, it took ages for the meal 8.30pm ain't peak time....this new system can't be efficient or customer friendly....once again they have run out of something...this time corn and the meal for two is poor value. I'm done, too many other choices, sadly I think this will end them. RIP Nandos
Worst experience i have with this restaurant. I have been a regular customer of this restaurant until now. Yesterday i ordered peta burger, chips and paella which i love the most. Everything was with grilled chicken strictly no bacon. Food came to me late as it had nothing to do with restaurant as delivery guy was on fault. I didn't mind cold food as i love nandos. But i was shocked when i opened the paella and saw bacon strip in my food. It is same like someone asked for vegi burger and you handed beef to him. So pathetic service. I had been spending atleast 35 in an order but today was end of it. Terrible so terrible
I am a regular at this nandos, the lady is always so sweet to me, tonight I went in there to get a drink as I forgot to order it online, they don’t accept cash and she gave it too me for free, a kind gesture goes along way, I am a regular here because the food is absolutely mouth watering it’s cooked to perfection and the customer service is astonishing, highly highly recommend
Went there for dinner last night and spent roughly $45 for 2 meals. Both chips were cold when they reached the table and both burgers were not much better. If I'm paying $45 at a restaurant I expect good lettuce not this one that's getting brown on the ends this was the quality of both meals the chicken and bacon were dry as all hell, basically like a jerky. Definitely wont be back any time soon.
