We went in there with no idea what to expect. The cashier was very friendly and thoroughly explained to us how everything works. We ordered a shared menu, whole chicken with 2 sides. The food was really tasty and the chicken was perfectly cooked. Plus we hardly had to wait for the food to arrive, which was extremely good after a long tiring day. Would definitely go again. It;s a very busy restaurant so sometimes the tables arn't as clean as they could be.
If you're going to charge $13 for a burger, then at least spend 2 seconds to evenly spread out the toppings. Less than expected serving size. Sweet potato fries is what saved them from 2 stars
Unlike a few Nando's stores I have been to the Geelong West Nando's always has perfectly cooked chicken. Sometimes the chips can be a bit soggy, but they are usually pretty damn amazing.
I have visited the Geelong West Nandos twice and both times the orders weren't right and the food was of a lesser quality maybe because it's a franchise. I love Nandos food and defiantly recommend the Belmont store. The Belmont store has always supplied great food and service maybe because its not a franchise store.
Chicken is always fresh and well cooked to your liking. The only issue I've ever had is that the price of certain menu items can be a little over priced, over then that, great food.
this joint is being running by dumb and creepy cheaters. incident happened on 27 August around 1330hrs. DUMB - because they don't even know what are they selling to their customers. e.g. i ordered a veg-food includes Burger & Pita over the phone from Lara, drove all the way to Geelong west as there is no any other Nando's around Lara. Collected my as it was mine, got back home, then i found the order was mine but it was not Veg as i ordered. Veg Pita filled up with chicken and looked stale. Cheaters - when i rang up these guys, i talked to their store manager Nick at that time. he suggested their owner will ring me on the next day, but he can't do anything about this. No one contacted me after that as he had taken my name and contact number. Not even a courtesy call. This is shittiest experience i ever had with Nando's, usually i love Nando's but the people working in GEELONG WEST store are really giving a bad name to it. moral of the story is Geelong West store is in hands of dumb & bunch of cheaters. So, if any of you decide to eat in there, GOOD LUCK for that !
Great food and pleasant atmosphere. It is however a bit pricey and the large chips are not very big. Spent about ~$36 for two people.
Always lovely food at nando's, offering a nice twist to traditional chicken meals. It is a bit more on the expensive side, but still absolutely worth checking out.
Stop by for a cheeky Nando's and you won't have to wait long at all. Staff are always friendly and will bring your order to you!
Great food but staff on at the time weren't very friendly, this isn't the first time I've encountered that issue at this store.
