At the start we received dusty cups for our drinks, which were replaced by one of the staff members. The food came relatively soon and it was easy to order through their website for our table. The food itself in good portion for the money paid, and tasted very good. There are many sauce options available and the food tasted fresh and not dry at all. The staff were welcoming and helpful and the establishment looks excellent, making it easy to want to return.
This is by far my favourite place to eat! If you love chicken and haven't tried Nando's yet, then my advice is to look no further than this place. The food is very tasty and high quality, with lot's of choice to choose from including mains, starters and desserts. There are also great customization options too, from spice level and marinade flavour to choice of sides. For drinks, you can choose between a range of bottomless soft drinks, but alcoholic choices are available too. Here, there is choice for everyone. Restaurant is very inviting, has a very positive atmosphere and is overall very clean. It is very spacious, well laid out and bright. All of their staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. Service is quite fast, unlike some of the other places to eat nearby. Toilets are also spotlessly clean and well maintained too. Oh, and one of my favourite features of all is the inclusion of a sink in the restaurant! Very handy and great for hygiene. Something I think other dine-in places should take note of and follow suit with as I really like that implementation. Pricing is pretty decent for a place like this. A little more expensive than the nearby fast food venues, but definitely cheaper than the more upmarket restaurants in the vicinity. So I'd say it's very good value overall. Minor nitpicks are when busy, there can be a bit of wait so definitely show up with plenty of time to spare, some are worn benches and occasional light flickering, but that is honestly to expect. QR codes on the table can be used to order, however you can go up and order at the counter if you like doing things the old way. Lack of paper menus is not a complaint at all, as I personally find that to be a great environmental benefit. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place!
Foods always good and service is always speedy. Never had an issue with cleanliness here and the wait time for a table if they're busy is usually very short. I normally go for the 4 boneless chicken thighs with mash and broccoli with some halloumi on the side. I've found the quality is always consistently good. Walked in with a group of friends and was told at the door we were going to be removed due to one of the staff members knowing someone we were with after waiting 30-40 minutes for a table. Sat down and ordered to then wait another 30 minutes for our food to arrive whilst staff members walked past constantly giving looks at our table. I was given my starter and my main both together. Although a lovely staff member Rebecca handed us our food.
My partner and I come in a little bit too often but today after receiving some poorly overcooked food, we asked for them to re make it as we know how good it can be. The manager on shift and Ines especially couldn’t do any more for us, she definitely went above and beyond to ensure we were happy
If you haven't been there a while and forgot how to order - you need to order at counter or through QR code printed on every table yourself. We made this mistake but realised 10 mins in, so wasn't too bad. Always nice meals and quick service, even on Saturday night .
I love Nandos but this one isn't one of their best restaurants. Needs a good clean, the floor was a bit sticky when you walked on it, windows need cleaning properly. Food was a bit dry. The fizzy drink machine needed the concentrates topping up, when we complained, they didn't sort it, they just put a sticker over the ones we wanted saying they were unavailable. Odd bit if cutlery wasn't completely clean. Not what you'd expect of Nandos, but maybe they were just having a bad day.
Biggest dissapointment of the month. They changed menu, took off my favourite salad from it. When we came there was only one salad on menu but not served as restaurant was out of it, no vegetables, except of oily chips, all greasy food, very unbalanced like cheap junk McDonald's.
Food was delicious unfortunately the bean burger arrived cold but they soon put that right by making it again and to delivering it red hot. We will definitely be dining here again and will highly recommend it
After some confusion with my dining out card, that we couldn't use the manager Britney was extremely polite & helpful. She dealt with our issue, & offered us a discount on our bill. The meal was delicious, & we will hopefully return.
