Went here for a quick bite before a night out. I must say, the food was exactly how you would find from other Nandos. What sets this restaurant apart is the fabulous decor and exquisite rustic Fitzroy feel. My friends and I loved what they did with the place. The staff also seemed like the Fitzroy crowd themselves which was cool. The food took a while to come out but downing the burgers with beers was worth it in the end!

What a wonderful dining experience! I walked in for the first time ever at Nando's and headed towards the counter to place my order, where I was greeted by the warm smile of a happy employee that is ready, willing and able to take my order and fulfil my every Nando's need. I placed by order with ease due to Rikki's extensive knowledge of the menu and recommendations specific to my preferred tastes and that I don't like anything overly spicy. The meals she helped us purchase were delicious and very well suited to what I like to experience in a meal. They were also very reasonably priced given how delicious they were! But the main highlight of the dining experience was really Rikki the Manager there. She is a shining example of great hospitality to her staff and the restaurant gleams in her light.

Cutlery are dirty, cups are oily with marks. I and my dad had a really bad hayfever like reaction to the menu at the front door. It was a Sunday late noon, staff was nice, food is okay. No diarrhoea but certainly not a pleasant experience. This only represent one visit, sadly I am not interested in a second visit.

Usually really good. Just had a stale roll with my burger one time. Otherwise always great. Generous with chips
