Great food and service. Food was ordered by scanning the QR code available at the table. The waiting period was reasonable enough and the chicken was really juicy and perfectly cooked!

Greeted by a friendly team member who let us choose which table we preferred. We ordered our food by scanning the QR code on our table and the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. My table all chose to order the double cheese and bacon burgers and we all felt the size of the chicken fillets used on these burgers was inadequate in size. 1/3 of my burger was just bun. Let's not get skimpy Nando's, as you're food is already a bit pricey for what is delivered.

Great experience. Good service. Always love the extra spicy sauce. The burger was a bit dry. But the fries potato and sweet potato were awesome.

Chicken was cooked nicely and was juicy, coulda had a bit more char tho. Chips were a bit cold but was crispy. Service was decent but some of the tables were not wiped down properly.

Fun Family Dinner Memories @nandosaus   Throwback to our family dinner at Nando’s. We had the Halloumi chicken burgers, Classic chicken burger, corn & the Peri Peri chicken with the Peri hot chips. The food was tasty & I love the colourful decor of the Nando’s restaurant.  Miss having our fun family Friday night out & on weekends & look forward for this lockdown to end. My partner and I dine at Nandos quite frequently but I really want to commend the customer service of the young guy working lunch today. The restaurant was very busy when we arrived and he was incredibly friendly to us whilst being stressed about the workload. They did miss our order of chips but when we brought this to his attention he was genuinely sorry and went above and beyond to rectify the issue. As someone who works in the industry, I am really appreciative and want to thank him for his amazing hospitality. And as always the food came out hot and quickly, and tasted great.

I think more staff is needed here, the restaurant was chaos. I actually felt bad for the staff, they are young and under the pump. When we entered there is a sign at the front saying wait to be seated. We stood there for 5 minutes being ignored before being told to just find our own seat and order online as a waitress rushed by. None of the tables were clean. Everything was dirty. Strangely there was no cutlery but bamboo knives and forks, doesn’t make any sense when you are dining in. There was no available napkins, soap or paper towel to wash your hands. There was no sauce available at its normal station, so diners had to grab them from the unclean tables. The bottles were greasy and gross on the outside. The chef was screaming constantly for the ‘runners’ to bring the food out, but it was far too busy even for a Sunday night to do this in a timely matter. The food came cold, after sitting on the chefs table for a lengthy time and it was incorrect with a sloppy appearance. It wasn’t an enjoyable experience and I won’t be returning.

Food was amazing, but the venue doesn't have enough staff and because of this the venue doesn't look great

I waited 2 hours for my dinner delivery. I used the Menulog to order. I had ordered garden salad but they sent me fries with few chicken tenders. I tried to call the store more than 5 times but no one picked up the phone call, such a poor customer service. I would have appreciated if they had send some communications. NO NOT AGAIN .

I went in a small group of 4 and waited 10 minutes to be seated. Staff had no idea what they were doing and directed us to a table that was unclean. We had to wait an additional 5 minutes to be seated. We continued to order online and when our food came out, the staff just threw the food on the table. There was no cutlery on the table and when asked the staff member said "yeah, go get it, it's over there". Is this what customer service is supposed to be? I will not be eating here again as it will just be a waste of money and I recommend you don't either.
