I ordered 2 large pizzas through uber eats. Was given 2 regular pizzas instead. When I called up to ask if it was a mistake, the person who answered started calling me a liar and trying to scam them.Food: 1/5
RIP OFF I ordered pizzas and sides today after work and waited 30 minutes at shop after the pick up time. After that went in still screen says order in oven. After 10 minutes more it said order ready but no one was on service desk. After more wait 2 of them came at some time gap and asked what name was pickup order for. And then got busy back in their chores. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes they gave me uncooked pizzas and sides. Rip off of my time would never recommend anyone hungry to go there. They tried customer service trick by offering $2 drink but it doesn’t work for someone who can buy it and works. RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF. Never experienced such a bad customer service. One last time RIP OFF
Placed order tonight online, only to discover it was half price Tuesday?! Anyway paid for my order and have been patiently waiting for almost an hour and a half now! Called Blacktown Domino’s over 9 times to finally get answered with a “hello?” Where I had to ask if I had even rung Dominos? The girl replies Yes and told me my pizza was on its way… without asking me my address or order? So I guess they are all mind readers and have no need to worry about customer service or manners. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and currently work at one of the largest hospitality and catering supply companies in Sydney…. and I never forget rudeness. Still waiting and the “ Tracking” system they have is a joke. Dear Dominos, if your going to offer 1/2 price food to this tight and struggling economy…. Try having more staff on shift so that customers can get the appropriate service. Common sense.
Never ordering from here again. They just throw toppings unevenly on the pizza, every slice tastes different, not a single slice matched the size of other slice, worst quality of preparation-cutting-portion-taste. Pathetic customer service. They serve you medium pizza saying it is a large pizza. Cheesy garlic bread was even worst.
Went to pick up online order at 10.05 pm tonight Sep 6. My pizza was ready but staff on front desk totally ignored my presence. When suggested that he could improve on customer service skills, he became very abusive and started swearing and yelling at me. EXTREMELY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR FROM STAFF ON FRONT DESK….I HATE THIS DOMINOS NOW…. Vegetarian options: Pizza was okay but staff behaviour was EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND AGGRESSIVE
They never get my order right, often adding hot sauce for no reason. They always try to get us to come to the vehicle out on the street instead of delivering to the door. Pizzas have also arrived undercooked before. Prices have gone up so much, it's really not worth it anymore.Food: 1/5
We ordered 2 pizzas tonight that was Spicy Peppy Paneer and Vegorama today. Both pizzas were disaster. There was not any stuffing. They were only looking like a cheese pizzas. We ordered so many times from dominos, but recently the pizzas that we r buying are worst than ever. May be something changed there or might be new staff. We were really upset from our order. Hope they do make some changes and try to do better. Thanks.
Extremely disappointing customer service. Called and made an order and staff said the pizza will be available in 20minutes. Came to pick up in the time recommended and there was no record of my order. Rather than get started on the pizza there and then, the employee got busy doing other things rather than addressing the issue. After another 10mins he directs a junior to my issue. Who checks the system, reconfirms what we already know, that the order over the phone is not in the system. And out of frustration I leave. This is the second time this has happened at Blacktown Domino's. Won't be going there again. Going off the other reviews it's probably best to choose another franchise nearby.
Ordered for a kids birthday party days before the party. Food arrived 20min late. Pizzas were squashed and stuck to the lid, lacked flavour. Questioned the delivery clown why they were late he started laughing when I got serious and asked if he thought it was funny he said the store was busy. I don't care how busy u are I scheduled the food days before to be there at 4pm. The food was scheduled for a reason u clowns.
Blacktown Domino's has the worst customer service. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Staff needs to learn how to answer the phone and notify the person on the other end when they're being put on hold. Go some where else, don't waste your time.Food: 1/5
