I wouldnt normally write a review but after the shocking incident i saw today, I called my grand daughter to show me how to do this. I don't think they even deserve a half star. Awful service and the ladies were gossiping about the previous customer when I walked in. The workers name starting with a K , Kimmy Kelly Kathy whichever is one of the most awful people i have been in the presence of. She is rude, condescending and has no customer service or empathy. Calling your previous customer a slur isnt okay. The young lady was unable to wait 1hour plus for some medication and you berated her for that. You should know people are always listening. You made me embarrassed to be in your demographic and I truly hope the owners remove you before you do further harm to the community! Pharmacies are supposed to help people. You put that to shame.
Friendlies Chemist is friendly no more. i dont know ifChristine has left but there is a very rude person working there now. i have had 2 bad experiences with her, that has been my chemist for 20 years and have spent a lot of money over that time. However i will be going there no more.
I have been getting my regular prescriptions filled here for a couple of years now. The Pharmacy is in a great location in Nambour CBD, I can always find a park. The staff are super welcoming and helpful. And the prices are really competitive, equivalent to Chemist Warehouse, but with that local vibe and without the wait. Convenient opening hours too. Would recommend stopping by if you haven’t already. Great place to be a regular!
Walked in there today, and stood around for about 5 - 10 minutes, while a worker walked pass me about 4 times, and didn't ask me if I needed help, Think it's time to change the name. If I could put negative 5 stars, I would.
I share the sentiment of the lady who left a rating 2 months ago. I had a bad experience today and I can rate the lady named Kristy negative for customer service.
Called to retrieve new eScripts as they were not sent by Friendlies on my last visit and instead of listening to my full name and hear the spelling, the young girl on the phone was busy laughing with a more senior woman who was shooting out random first names that weren’t my own. I tried numerous times to interrupt to give the spelling again but the 2 staff just kept laughing and ignoring me. I asked to speak to someone else as I was unhappy about it and was told by the senior lady that o had no record of being there for 2 years - I was there a month ago. I once again spelled my name for her and followed up by saying that I thought they had been rude and unprofessional to which she replied “ok”. Absolutely will not return. They need further training.
Friendly and helpful staff! Helpful app available that lets you order your medications before going in, so no waiting for them to be prepared! Toy basket to keep the kids occupied while you pay! Discount if you join up for the year which is ridiculously cheap! Great place, love it!
Rude and unfriendly staff. Will never make use of their service again !! This has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered in my life, especially in Australia. There are way too many ladies standing around, doing absolutely nothing, gossiping about the customers and giving them dirty looks!!!!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff a rude. They run out of stock all the time. Not friendly at all.
