I went in this morning to grab some frozen Hydralyte for my very sick son. These obviously come unfrozen on the shop floor to be taken home and frozen before use. I went up to purchase the item and the young man behind the counter offered me to swap out 4 hot tubes for frozen ones from freezer downstairs. His young work colleague then ran downstairs for me and swapped them out.nnI really wish I got these two young guys names. This is amazing customer service and really made my morning easier and helped out my very very sick son.nnLove this!

I asked for an item to be dispensed twice as I was travelling and they refused she asked pharmacist and I said well if I come back tomorrow am I allowed to get it again, she left again to talk to the Pharmacist and came back and asked to see my plane ticket to issue a script of a basic item twice instead of once. I was shocked at being asked to see a plane ticket I was so offended I grabbed my script and walked out went down the road to priceline chemist who had no ISSUES giving me two repeats and did not even ask for a plane ticket.nWe all know you do not want to issue items more then you have to as you loose your dispenser fee you get from the government but its growing old, the covid excuse no longer works, will never set foot in this chemist again, more then enough others around.

Visited chemist warehouse in nambour today and the pharmacist was incredibly rude and refuse to listen or help, after waiting 45 minutes still didn’t fill my script, I needed a medication that I have used for years and needed the script filled twice as I had permission from my doctor who wrote the script she was holding and asked to see my plane ticket and all travel documents, I have never had these issues before, I’m left speechless with the lack of customer service and how rude and disrespectful she was and completely ok treating customers that way, I was that upset with the experience I put my whole basket of shopping down and immediately left the store I will never return to this chemist again, if you want a chemist that will give any customer service, treat customers with respect and simply be polite I highly recommend going anywhere else, Priceline down the road had no issues helping me and were very polite

Have just been in, refused a product I need for my son due to ‘not stocking it’ yet can see it on the shelve and girl behind the counter was extremely judgmental and unhelpful.nThen I asked for gastro stop for a preventative as I am going overseas and was again refused to buy it due to ‘never using it before’nNot happy at all with my experience and will not be back.

Refused to dispense a pharmacist medication that can be over the counter because I haven't been there before. Travelling through from nsw and needed migraine medication to prevent having to go to hospital. Medication that I have been prescribed  that is now available without a script. I would never waste my time going there again.
