We went in to get vitamins this afternoon and the two ladies in that department were so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. We really appreciated their time and product knowledge in purchasing what was needed and they were just such nice ladies.
After keeping me waiting for nearly an hour the pharmacist refused to fill my prescription for pain relief that was prescribed after major surgery on my arm two weeks ago. She decided that I shouldn’t be using it as prescribed. Perhaps she should stick to her lane and let my treating doctor do what he does best.nNambour needs another after hours dispensary.
Hands down the worst service ever! I’ve recently had a script filled on a quiet week day. The staff will tell you it will be 20 minutes but you’ll wait 40 and then have to follow up as they don’t bother to call your name. It’s happened twice now. There won’t be a third time. One star is generous.
I’m not one to complain but I wasted 40 minutes.nI handed my script in and was told that it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. There was a lot of people ahead of me. Like most people, I walked around and then sat down. 40 minutes later I noticed that people were getting their script within 5 minutes. I walked up to the “pickup script” window and said that I was waiting for 40 minutes and she asked for my name ect. Went to the front counter and the lady said “I hope you found everything you were looking for today.” I said “yes but I waited 40 minutes for my script” she said “oh no.” Not a single sorry from either of the people I interacted with. The worst part is, this isn’t the first time it’s happened either. I thought this time would be different.nMaybe ask your customers if they’re going to wait for their script and don’t tell them timeframes. If they haven’t come to pick up their script, maybe shout their name a few times.
Well stocked and good place to get prescriptions filled usually within 30 mins
