My 1st visit to the store .Here are the highlights: 1. Lots of variety for groceries i.e. vegetables ,snacks and eatables. 2. Prices are bit on higher side as compared to competitors. 3. Cleanliness 5 out of 10. Aisles and racks were not well organized. 4. Only thing I like is there Indian Thali .. economical price, tasty and good options. Let's hope I will visit them again
Really disappointed by the way indian businesses are taking safety for granted. I found this insect in a pack of Tasty brand peanut chikki and so tried contacting the owner of the store several times, every time I got the same response that owner had just left. Another really important concern is that they change the expiry date by putting a new sticker on the expired imported snacks. A pack of Kurkure is good for 4 months in india and the same pack is good for 9 months after its imported, somebody please explain this. Just unbelievable what these guys would do to their customers for money. Always check the actual expiry date before buying anything or just go to a Freshco or Walmart where you can find almost any indian groceries.
First time after a long time tasted the most delicious fresh jelabies. It was really amazing. I see some changes or other every time I visit. Friendly atmosphere and good stock of all grocery items. Keep up the good work. My best wishes.
Highly unprofessional. I went for purchase there yesterday and ordered and paid for 8 samosas with it. They have packed only 6 and when I called them later to inform, they said someone call me back and they never did. I called in morning to see if I can speak to their manager. They picked the phone but as soon as I said, I would like to speak to someone, they hung up and stopped receiving when I tried again. I am shocked with this attitude as I haven’t even complained or said anything to infuriate anyone. Rather than offering an apology, they seem to be servicing a highly offensive negative attitude that doesn’t speak well for the business and their customer relationship. I hope the owner reads this and train the staff to teach them basic manners. Good luck!
There are variety of spices available and also the vegetables. But the ready to eat food from the kitchen is worst, disaster. I have got the veggie patties and the stuffing inside is so dry and the amount of stuffing is very little. Those are for sure a day old not fresh as the guy mentioned.
They carry everything that you would expect to find from a South Asian Supermarket. From produce, grains, pulses, frozen items to heath & beauty products, seasonal items like Rakhdis, etc.. you'd find everything you can think of. Also, they do sell fresh snacks and meals. Staff is pretty friendly & helpful with fast checkouts.
Excellent service very friendly staff and owner. Varieties of fresh vegetable’s, fruit and lots of spicy items. I will recommend Windsor customer go visit at Namaste Indian supermarket
Love it! Alot of interesting finds at excellent prices. Can't find what you're looking for, just ask one of the very friendly staff. The best handmade Samosas!!! The perfect amount of spice and filling. Yummy!!!
The owner is really attentive to customers needs. I casually asked him I can't find Bedekar pickle anywhere is Windsor however I have been able to purchase it in Toronto l. The following week I found his aisle stocked with Bedekar. At first I was missing indian grocery in Toronto, but now it seems I may begin to get everything I need.
Great store to get indian groceries.. loved their customer service.. they went above par to find some stuff we were looking for..
