Customer service is unfortunately poor where as no one came to seat us or even take our order after about 20 minutes. I had to go to the counter and order myself like a fast food joint. But, although the Customer service was poor, it made up for the delicious food.

Hopeless customer service. Food was not at all good. Would not recommend this place. Waste of money.

Good food, consistently. Generally we takeaway. My guess on the 1 star reviews is that they come from peak time - Friday or Saturday in winter or holidays. Being a tourist town any location is crazy busy at these times, we have busy highs and slow lows. Have a bit of patience in the busy periods!

Had the worst food experience ever. Waited 15 mins before the order was taken. The staff was simply chit chatting in the kitchen. Had to wait for almost an hour before the food was served. People who came after us were served before us. Zero customer service. The prices are shocking for the quality and quantity being offered. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone nor would I come back here, even if I were starving.

Food was just about ok and they made is wait 2 hours to pick up takeaway. They have no clue how to deal with a crowded restaurant
