Sloppy service, staff even looked drab. Could do with a real shake up. This has been a problem for a long time here. Only reason we stop there is it convenient and on the main road. But after today's stop I think we will find another place to get coffee. 😧

Got a double bacon meal and Caesar salad meal. WELL had to throw out the bacon couldn't even chew it. On one side of the meat was burnt. We got a wrap instead of a salad and both chips were only 3/4 full. On realised when got to friends place.

I live in Tumut have never had a good experience here tonight we thought we would try the new big mac bolt yet we had no sauce pickles or onions not the first time I am constantly disappointed with the service and quality of food when you order a cheese burger with extra pickles you at least expect one but not at Tumut it is a joke. And you email the company to complain and they do nothing it really is a. Joke. If. It wasn't for. My kids I'd never go back but in last 6 months have not got one order right

Pack up your gear guys and get your show out of town. Grumpy unreasonable drive thru staff. What an unpleasant experience. Why don't you all duck across to Woolies right next door and buy a whole lot of stick on happy faces from the party section. And then stuff your faces with some stinky old fries. Anyway, good luck. Sort yourselves out, we may be back. Nowadays customer service means EVERYTHING.

Tumut Meccas... they're nothing if not consistent. The worst McDonalds we've ever experienced, and it's the same year after year!
