Today I had an eyebrow wax & tint and a 3/4 leg wax well where do I start. Previous to today I had been here and got the same services and was very happy and that's why I came back however, today was a different lady doing the work. I actually like the lady but the service today was rushed, not done properly and then when it came time to pay I was gobsmacked. She charged me $80 ,for the leg wax and when I questioned it she got they're price list and pointed to the 3/4 leg wax and then proceeded to tell me that was for one leg now I have been receiving beauty services for approx 30 years and never in my whole life have I ever come across a leg wax being charged for one leg, I mean you don't get one leg done do you it's just ridiculous and besides I don't remember paying that much the first time but I didn't have a record of it so I couldn't prove it. So  if u wanted to get a full leg wax both legs that is it would cost you $100, I don't know anybody in there right mind that would pay $100 for a leg wax. Apart from the price I still have patches of hair on my legs where she missed and for these reasons I won't be going back there and I would suggest to anyone else to consider my review before going to this establishment.

Two experience I've had here have been very disappointing! I would not recommend this shop and will not be coming back.

Barely any workers. Does this place even care about their business anymore? Hanging out there for 3 hours and seeing only 2 workers work on the same 2 patients the entire time; not accepting anyone else. Even with an hour til close they got lazy and just said come tomorrow.

Worst place I have ever been to get my nails done!!! Six of us went in to get our nails done and had the worst service no smiles and a lot of attitude! Not only was the service shocking the place was dirty and very unhygienic! Nails had to be redone because they were crooked and nail art had to be re-done multiple times on two of us! Got to one point where I had to do my own nail art on my nail! Worst experience ever !  Not only that while we were sitting there a different customer came in to get nails redone as she got them done the day before and the colour had come off her nail!  Do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time and money within this business !

Staff is not professional.  Talks a lot while working and also abuses customers.  Not friendly welcome.  Never come back.
