As expected right before Christmas it was super busy but they were still able to fit my friend and I in on the day. Nina gave me a wonderful pedicure to begin! Very detailed nail cutting, making sure to get into the corners, also very gentle with the scraping and scrubbing followed by a lovely long leg massage/exfoliation and finished off with perfect shellac application.  She let me know she had time to fit me in for a full set as well. Again, all the same care and detail for my hands as my feet. Truely wonderful service.  Thank you so much Nina and Australian Nails! I’m new to acrylic nails and was unhappy with how tick they were and how you were rushed through at the other place.  Decided to try Australian Nails at Forest Lake.l and OMG… Will only be going there from now on.  The ladies all so lovely, took their time to file, apply, shape, paint.  Lisa is amazing. I went in for a pedicure, I had gel on my nails. Request it not to be taken off with a electric nail drill. However, the staff carry on using the drill and she used a diamond tip on my nails. Which it’s very thin now and when it grows out the nail curled upwards. As a technician for 15 years let me tell you, you can simply grind a bit of the gel top coat off and use cotton buds, soak acetone, wrap it with foil and remove it by a cuticle pusher. For those that aren’t aware, usually diamond tips can grind off layers of your actual nails if your not gentle with using it. As it is used for acrylic nails meaning sns gel or false/ extension nails. This store only care about going home, if you wanted to close the store don’t accept clients in and damage there nails. Regardless of using another method, this Staff still grind the gel off with a diamond tip, and did not use the less damage method for the client. She also buff my cuticles extremely hard with the orange buffer. The pedicure was only for 15mins. I just wanted to leave the store, as I went home i realise the gel colour was still stuck in the corner of the nails. I wouldn’t recommend this place, the staff aren’t focused on their work and chat among each other. The duty of care is not there. Poor customer service. Usually I don’t leave bad comments but, I think it needs to be rated this to improve.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

Warning: I have posted a photo of my infected toe as to warn you of the possibility of infection from a pedicure. The ladies here are lovely, and the prices are pretty good from my experience. I got a gel pedicure and it was alright and the colour is so beautiful, however I now have an infected big toe so I will not be returning :/
