If i could rate this franchise one star i would.
I had my nails done at Southlands shopping centre in Willetton. 
I have had bad experiences in the past with this business but i thought as they were recently over taken by new management things might have been different.
I had my nails done exactly a week ago and already i have a build-up of white discolouration underneath nearly all of my nail beds. When putting on the nails the young girl was reluctant to cut my cuticles without charging me extra and when she did she cut me. In an effort to stop the bleeding she applied some clear liquid that stung like crazy and left an ugly yellow mark underneath my nail :(
In the past when i have had them taken off they don't use a treatment to soften the false nails, instead they stick one of the false nails underneath one of my own and try to pry them off. It is extremely painful.
Not only does this business provide poor service it falsely advertises prices. They destroyed my nails more than once.
