WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS RIP YOU OFF WITH BULLSHIT ISSUES THAT DONT EXIST. After confirming with the business owner that they would take a look at our car that been garaged for 14 months since they issued the RWC to the previous owner and that they would simply reissue the RWC, when we came to pick our car up, he tried to tell me that a dent in the front quarter panel would affect the RWC. That is a complete and outright lie. When I then measured the minimum thickness of the apparently undersized rotor discs they were thicker than the minimum thickness that DBA recommends (a reputable rotor disc supplier who supplies Super Cheap Auto with rotor discs). I then asked him why he noted undersized rotors on the previous owners RWC but issued the RWC anyway and he could not answer. The front arms also apparently needed replacing. Again after inspecting them myself there was no apparent damage on either of them. The next thing they could not get right was one of the most basic things a mechanic apprentice should know, how tight the nuts on the wheels should. They were not tight enough and caused such issues with the steering that i got two streets away and had to turn back. The final insult is that when i proceeded to super cheap auto to get some tools to check how much bullshit they were telling me the manager told me that i should not have paid 130 dollars for a list of issues, that should have been paid when the RWC was issued. When i then called 3 other RWC testers, 2 local and one major automotive services chain, they advised me the same thing. When i tried calling them (12 times in 3 hours at the time of this post), i get an answering machine. I am now going to investigate what legal action I can take and make a complaint to Vicroads, consumer affairs victoria as well as the fair trading ombudsman if I have not received a response from them in 24 hours.

Absolutly horrible, i braught a car off someone i thaught was genuin, only to realise that on all the transfer papers there was 3 diffrent names, he then told me they were his middle names, after driving the car which i purchased with a RWC i heard a few noises and took it to my mechanic to get a roadworthy re-check, to be told the roadworthy was dodge and that it would cost me $370 to get it all fixed, i then contacted the man that sold me the car and asked him if he could give me the money to fix his mistake, he told me to bring the car to his brother (the mechanic that gave me the dodgy) i refused as i have no trust in his mechanic after whAt he did, in the end he agreed to deposit $200 into my bank which he did, i am exstreamly dissapointed as i paid $3000 for the car with rwc and it was my first car that he knew i had to use to get my daughter around, BE CAREFUL OF THESE PEOPLE

Bought a car less than a month ago with RWC given from Nabi. clearly the seller and Nabi were business partners. After taking the car to a proper mechanic, we were told the RWC was dodgy. after confronting the seller he asked us to come to the shop where they accused me of getting into an accident which interestingly had no external damage but left a crack in the wiper wash tank and cooling fan. nevertheless they still agreed to fix the issues out of their pockets. however i called to follow up, only to have them hang up and block my number. STAY AWAY from this shop.
