Wanted an Aftermarket exhaust fitted, said he wouldn’t do because its not his ‘stuff’. If you want YOUR aftermarket exhaust fitted dont come here. Passive attitude customer service also.

I have being a customer with this shopper for while prices was good. Had zero customer services and I knew it. Last time When I was there he shouted at for being few minutes late for my appointment time and went to the office and shut his door. Called day before called and tried to amend booking that could not. Even did not give me another day to come back. Owner/worker have no respect to people at all.Don’t know how to talk to people. Very Un respectfully spoke. Workshop is a hazard zone area metal here and there no reasonable route to go to the office safely. Think few times before you booked on to this place because he is acting we get the work done free.
I went to Simon after leaving an exhaust performance shop in hallam. I was after a quote and they basically couldn't give a price and basically left it at "it all depends on how much material I need and how long i take". I have a mechanical mind and operate a business myself and knew I was being shafted. Simon was the complete opposite, he was actually willing to let me go as a customer as he felt what I was asking would not see a huge improvement. He really is an honest exhaust fitter, providing me with some really good insight on how we should approach the job. I noticed he has one bad review, they should keep in mind Simon is not a good salesman but an excellent and honest tradesman- I for one am after the latter.
Fantastic work by Simon at Autofast, had my job done very quickly and for a great price, couldn't be happier with the result. Would recommend for anyone wanting a swift and quality job for the price 10/10
