Waited in a queue for 30 minutes to be told I needed to make an appointment to witness a bank document.There were only 2 staff visible in the branch - no manager - no greeter even though there was traffic in and out their security door. Absolutely disgusted with the total lack of service and concern for an elderly customer.
bad service. slow. there was a staff told me to use the ATM for deposit. I told her I don't know how she said she show me. When is my turn she gone missing. so I have to line up for the teller again
Great service, understand that might got busier due to the closing of Baulkham hillls branch and has been with NAB for more than 30 years
Another slow incompetent NAB , one teller open and a que out the door........NAB is probably the worst bank in Australia

5 stars because of the great service afforded to me by Maria the teller at the Castle Hill branch. A difficult funds transfer to a member bank where the BSB was not recognised because of the size of the transfer. Not a problem for Maria, she telephone the receiving bank and sorted it out. She took the time to explain the issue and note all the details for the transfer. Maria was pleasant and professional and went out of her way to ensure that I fully understood the process. NAB you need to recognise this type of customer service. It can only enhance your brand.
So the "smart" ATM caused error and spew some money back and ate most of my money without processing it as a deposit. When I went to the teller to resolve the issue, she was unpleasant and rude. She did not greet and wouldn't listen to me regarding the correct amount of jammed money. She basically said it would resolve itself overnight. I understand she did not cause this issue nor did I but she definitely made the experience unpleasant. If she just said "I apologise for the inconvenience" I wouldn't be writing this review.
Hey Guys. You really need to pick up your game at this branch. Communication with the customer is very important. If we need an appointment to set up a joint bank account you’re not making that very clear. Don’t send me away twice and expect me to come back here. Give us solutions, not excuses and then we’ll talk.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2002... Castle Towers NAB- Service is extremely poor unless you're talking to the tellers, who connect well and provide good services. I'm tired of going into the office and standing for 10 mins just waiting for those in the back office to stop gossiping with their colleagues or with their friends who have dropped in. I've been rudely turned away and was told ''come back in 15 mins' because I wanted to open an FX account and later close a business account. I'm ready to drop NAB.
