why is the NAB branch at Watergardens not open on a Saturday to cater for people who work. An after hours customer service phone line would be useful. I have a query that doesn't fit with your standard online templates/forms. Bring back some of the good old customer service.
This would have to be the worst bank you can deal with. I would give zero star if that was an option. Customer service doesn’t seems to be on anyone radar. All busy doing nothing. Phone calls ignored, customer standing ignored try to explain what you need but they are not listening. Unfortunately phone service is even worse before you finish your sentence you get transferred to someone else where you need to start all over again plus waiting time. Great example of total disaster
Worst customer service ever. Was served by Tracey horrible woman. She had no idea about what I was there for. I came in to deposit a cheque for my partner cos he was at work. She rudely told me that I couldn’t do that deposit there. I said “ is this not the NAB?” she said yes. But she insisted that I should not have my partners card as I could be a fraud. I am depositing a cheque not withdrawing. She was so rude & kept carrying on about the fact I shouldn’t have his card with me. How dare she say I can’t have my partner’s card. At this stage I became so frustrated that every time she opened her mouth & said the same thing to me I told her I didn’t want to hear her as she was like a broken record. She processed the cheque while she was carrying on probably realising she was in the wrong. She clearly had no idea & was in need of training. I called up the call centre & made a complaint & the lady over the phone said the she was in the wrong seeing as I was depositing a cheque not withdrawing. Her behaviour was uncalled for & so unprofessional. Will never go back there. I wanted to give this branch zero stars but doesn’t let you. They’re not worthy of the 1 star
The lovely lady named Quinn who was working on a Friday afternoon was so helpful. She was very patient; by implementing a solution for my enquiry and was very understanding as well. Amazing customer service from her!
One of the worse banks I have dealt with. Don’t use the ATM machines to deposit your money. It takes your money with no record of it. Then the bank will take 2-4 weeks to return the money that was deposited. Absolutely appalling.
Great Customer Service, was in a really stressful situation but they sorted me out easily and the staff were very friendly. Long phone wait time but was well worth it for the service that was provided!
Terrible service. Went to open an account for my son and was told I need to make an appointment and come back because they were short of staff and at lunch break. What a joke. At the end they allocate a lady to serve us after her lunch break waited 15-20 min with a baby for her to finished, while the cashiers were empty and could have done it right and then the process then took another 25 min. Horrible, will never go there again.
Tellers are lazy af! Came to deposit a check at this branch for the first time because the branch we used to go to is currently closed for renovations. We had no problem until this branch. They wouldn’t accept the check because of reasons that doesn’t make sense! Its a US Treasury check so it takes a bit of time to process but we can tell that they can’t be bothered doing the work. I’ll take my business somewhere else if I was you. I will NEVER go back to this branch again. This is a JOKE!
Went to this branch to ask a simple question and was met with the most condescending man I've ever met at the entrance. Why would you have someone with zero people skills "greeting" people as they walk in. If you want new customers, maybe give this man a broom and keep him in the store room away from potential customers. Visited 14/7/2021
I visited the branch on Wednesday and Thursday as I'm thinking about becoming a new member and had many questions in regards to savings accounts and which one worked best for me and received exceptional customer service and advise by John an Daniel. Thanks again!
