Exceptional Service !!! - The Branch Manager is the most helpful, efficient and friendliest NAB staff member we have ever met. He went out of his way to assist us with closing and opening accounts - the whole process was seamless as he completely understood what we needed to achieve. We also had an urgent matter late on a Friday afternoon so I took a chance sent an email which was acted on straight away which meant no more stress on the weekend waiting for advice - can't thank you enough. We had left NAB because of the service but we are now back - thanks to you.
Every time I come to this branch for business banking, either, they have their money deposit machines broken or something else has happened which delays being served. Just terrible service & organisation for a bank
Great customer service, friendly and efficient, I needed some statements printed which was no problem.
Don't appear to have their staffing mix right - was waiting for about an hour with only 1 person managing the teller desks. Definitely need to increase their staffing levels or at least triage quick questions/transactions vs. more complex ones
Disgusting customer service. I've attempted to book an appointment to open a joint account we have other accounts with NAB too. Never got back to me. We went in on my lunch break on the hope we could open one or book an appointment. I was told the only times would be at 2pm, I requested one for 2 weeks time and asked for 12pm as this is the only time for me to leave work is at lunch time. The refused to help this matter and said "go to pac fair on a saturday". Having worked in retail previously this is a sorry excuse for customer service!!!
My father who is 89 years old tried to close his account at the NAB today. There’s not a huge amount of money in the account, but it appears that the bank wants to keep it rather than make it easy for dad to withdraw. The attempted withdrawal was done by telephone and the girl at the bank was insistent on making things complicated until dad gave up! I can’t really say how angry I feel because the language will be bad! NAB is not a good place to put your hard earned money!
Terrible service, don’t go here to transfer a large amount of money!
Worst ATM around, always out of order. Even told a staff member as he was leaving, just went oh and kept going.
Slow service. Impossible to reach them by phone
Very poor customer service . They wasting my time for three days to open the one join account
