10:45am there's a que. Only two tellers open. 10:50am A man worker approached me and he help me out on the deposit machine I had bad experience before with the deposit machine that's why I prefer stand on the line to be served But today I was lucky I have someone to assist me to the deposit machine. Oh dear I outta there fast. Yay! Thanks Man for helping me today!!
Dom at NAB is fantastic! Can only praise him as he has helped myself and my father who isn’t great with banking and technology he was very professional and had a great attitude towards his customers. Would highly recommend!
Shocking service, more people on the door asking what you want than tellers to serve you.
I really don’t like to give unfavorable reviews but I’m this case feel it’s warranted. I use the NAB change machine at Epping quite often. Almost every time I go, there is no change available and then have to stand in line for assistance. This is most frustrating and for a Monday morning at 1030am. You’d think they would have the machine refilled and ready to use. It’s meant to be convenient but certainly isn’t!!
The 1 ATM they have outside which has no shade to stand in you can never deposit money in, and they are always closed. Dont know what they expect their customers to do. Ridiculous
Very helpful and friendly staff that go out of their way to help you. Great service, got what I wanted done quickly even though I don't bank with them! I highly recommend this branch for their excellent service and will definitely be returning here for future payments if the same type.
Special mention to the customer representative Stella! We had been to this branch yesterday,since our local branch was closed! She was extremely patient with our request! And the job was done thanks to her! Very polite and professional staff! Made our Monday truly!
Hours of trade on the Windows shoe 10am to 1pm Saturday, bank didn't open, most of the time I try to deposit money through the ATM ti doesn't allow it. This branch doesn't even deserve 1 star.. Pick your game up ,you only exist because of the people who support you
Worst Service ever got They can’t open an account in same day very unprofessional staff
Poor service super slow. Especially He Domini is very rude and slow. He has never listened to me. He hasn’t tried to solve my issue. He is not good for Nab family.
