Read now and thanks me later. We had bank account with Epping branch since long. Natasha is a pathetic lending manager to deal with. She misleads us for a home loan application and suddenly left for annual leaves. While she came we emailed her multiple emails as date came closer and she never replied us back. Upon going back to bank to check if she is getting emails she got so rude with us knowingly that we have our loan coming soon so she took advantage and we felt so helpless. Never recommend. especially don’t go to this branch for mortgage/finance. Highly recommend their sister bank Westpac they saved us at the last moment. Natasha is very authoritative whilst unprofessional if anyone needs any proof message me I will share more. May be this review will help you in critical times.
If there were10 stars rating, i would have given 10 stars as 5 stars rating is less for the services provided by Natasha at Bank of Melbourne. Got my loans approved by Natasha KRAJOVSKIN Lending Manger. She is the best lending manger i have come across at Epping Branch. It is very hard to find a good broker these days. I have dealt with many brokers in the past but Natasha is the best in all aspects. She has great customer service skills, extensive knowledge of home loan process, prompt and quick replies. I would definitely recommend her for any of your home loan needs, be it new loans, refinance etc. Highly recomnend her services. Wont be disappointed.
Friendly branch, best customer service. The specialists Nathan is very knowledgeable. The finance manager Natasha provides exceptional service and provides the right home loan based on my circumstances. All staff provides warm welcome. Highly recommended.
Nice service from behind the counter but always over-worked while guys in suits stand around near the front trying to sell you something. They just stand there chatting to each other or staring at their phones while customers wait in long queues to be served by overworked tellers. Bad form!

Worst customer service ever. Staff nearly spent 1 hour opening a bank account but couldn't open. And he ask me to make another appointment next time!!!
Are you kidding me? You are a bank and you can not even write your address correctly? 112 Epping rd lead people to a wrong place, which is 3 km away from the bank. How silly is that?
Slow, late to open. Go elsewhere
