The most appalling and unprofessional service ever. I tried to deposit cash into their outdated ATM and it took $2550 from me without depositing into my account. I advised the manager and the front desk to which they filled out an online request of some sort. One week later i still haven’t heard from them, $2550!!!! I sent my wife in today and they said because it is under my name she cannot get access to the request another way of saying i cannot be bothered. I asked to speak to her Maree and when i told her i give my wife permission and i need them to balance the ATM as i am $2550 short she hung up on me. Maree you should get another job if you dont see that you are actually paid by the very customer that walks in the branch and decides to bank with your bank, you and every other employee there. Therefore your job should be to help in every way possible. I hope this branch has a staff change soon otherwise i’l take my business elsewhere.
Not sure the purpose of this branch, what kind of bank doesn’t allow you to deposit cash? Staff are rude too. Best close this unknown thing down and never call it a bank!
It’s very disappointed. This branch never opened, when it comes down to ATM deposit or coins change machine and always “not available “.
They just closed the branch during the day when they felt like it. Now has been closed all day for what seems like ages. Terrible service, especially when they tell you they can't help you over the phone or online and you HAVE to go to a branch. Which you then find is always closed. What a disgrace and not good enough.
Poor business service. Trying to replenish a float for the business till but the change machine was out of $5 notes. The helpful staff member informed me that no cash was held on the premises. This meant 1. No means available to source $5 from a teller 2. Staff are unable to fill their machines themselves 3. We are at the mercy of a third party, ie Armourgaurd or Prosegur , to service these machines. Staff advised said machine had been filled once already this morning and not again till tomorrow. Not good NAB
Me and my friend went for home loan settlement. Maree was provided fantastic service, Very professional and always cheerful.
Helpful staff and I like that the atm is on the street so you can get access to it 24:7.
Worst services.
