Refinancing is such a stressful time, but due to their experience, expertise and understanding of my needs this was a smooth and pain-free process. At 46 years of age, I was fearful of being overcommitted to a mortgage and on a single income. Terry understood this and was able to offer a variety of lenders, low interest rates and a loan period of 30 years all of which were my key criteria. Terry has also shown me that by not having any additional money or reducing my spending how clever banking alone will reduce my mortgage term.
