NAB Mosman does not provide any actual services such as real time transfer, bank chèque…staffs complain about under staffed while not providing service. I was being redirected to Warringah Mall or North Sydney branch at 16:30 for a real-time transfer. I requested them to notify North Sydney branch with a phone call as I worried about traffic at perk hours. Most ridiculous thing was they cannot locate North Sydney branch number…and therefore can’t even make a courtesy call….bank switched.
What a pathetic service. Mosman Branch is on holidays and no one to assist. Only one ATM machine for the customer. Their suggestion: go to Waringah Mall. What a joke
Quite possibly the worst branch in Sydney. Customer service is poor, they don't know what they're doing or don't care.
Outside nab branch 3.57pm and is closed when they say they are closed at 4pm. I already went Crowsnest branch and was closed even though it say it open online. Very unimpressed with the overall service and most likely switching banks
Absolutely no point in having this type of branch
The Service should be quick than that,
