My experience with this bank has been horrendous. Following the sudden death of my husband it was necessary for me to sort out my financial situation , Bendigo bank is the only company that gave me a hard time and made things extremely difficult for me at a time when I was already under a lot of stress. Following the sale of my house they were anything but helpful and did not disclose all of the fees they planned on charging until after they’d taken them. I would definitely not recommend anyone use this bank.
