Checked and said open online, made the trek to the bank, went through the pain of finding parking only to see they were closed until January 30th! Ridiculous and a waste of my time.
New location is so annoying no where to park anymore. It’s really hard to even just use the atm anymore. Who ever picked this location needs to have a think first about customer needs. Parking being one of them!!!!!
Went in over a week ago to open up a bank account and get a debit card. I had just arrived into the country and needed a card asap but my card never arrived. I called the bank and they said there was no record of me ordering a card which the teller said was a common problem so I would have to apply online. Went to apply online and after I filled out a few forms, the website said the system was currently unavailable. Promptly switching to a different bank and suggest others don't open an account with them because this is ridiculous.
Showed no interest at all in helping us.
I have visited here a couple of times. Terrible customer service, rude staff, and delays in getting an answer. Queries will stay unresolved. Total waste of time. Try other branches as they know how to treat a customer.
One person working at the counter and branches locally all shut down, what a joke
Rude and old aged staff, dont know how they use computers, they takes so long to even simple transactio.....!!!
There is 7 staff and only 1 person is doing anything.
