The team at Ray Backhouse are fantastic. They are honest and upfront clearly explain everything you want to know! (and what you might not want to know!). They are super helpful and responsive and go above and beyond to ensure you have a positive experience whether it be general financial planning or mortgage broking services. I have used them about 3 times now I think over the years and will continue using them for anything I require. Thanks guys!

Lisa and the team were really great in assisting me through the process of my home loan. From the very start of checking my suitability of applying to the loan to the actual settlement, there were no hiccups and everything went smoothly. I was quite sceptical if my home loan would get approved but Lisa was very assuring and positive that I would get the loan which was really good. Lisa knew her subject matter very well and advised me on the best loan option to take upon based on my income and expense. As I was a layman on home loans, Lisa explained to me very well on how it works. Lisa was also very approachable and I could always call her when I needed some advice / clarifications. Thanks Lisa once again for everything. Really appreciate on all you have done. I highly recommend on anyone who wishes to apply for a home loan that Lisa and the team are the best people to go to.

Ray and the team are just awesome. You would have to go a long way to find a more professional, dedicated team. These guys really know their stuff, I would highly recommend them.
