I have been seeing Sam around a year and half now. I had Achilles issues a few years ago, and after seeing several physios, a podiatrist and a sports doctor, I nearly lost all hope. I decided to bite the bullet and drive an hour to see Sam. After 6 weeks and a few appointments, my Achilles issues were non existent. Sam and his team are a bunch of knowledgeable and excellent physios that prove they love what they do on a daily basis. When I finish Uni, it would be a dream come try to be a part of their team and to learn from the best.

I have been seeing the lovely physiotherapy team for a while now and I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable and caring. They think outside the box and are really hands on. I have also found that if your physio is not able to provide you with the treatment you need, eg acupuncture or even doesn't know, they find out or ask a more experienced physio. Thanks Matt, Steph, Patrick Sam and the great reception staff at My Physio Evolution. Highly recommended.
I had a severe lower back pain from last month from then i have been seeing nicole. She guided me through whole process. She is very experienced and knowledgeable physiotherapist. I would strongly recommend someone with back issues. 5 star to Nicole
My post ACL recovery was bumpy with other clinics , however MyPhysio has been really helping me get on recovery path the right way. Kylie has been very good with simple and effective routines. Thanks Kylie and MyPhysio.
Been getting physio here for years and couldn’t be happier with the staff. Use to see Kate, Jackie and Dom and all are fantastic. Dom knows all my back problems and is incredible at what he does. He also fixed my knee right up after a drunken fall in just a few sessions after having pain for almost a year and now I have no pain what so ever!! If you’re looking for a great physio definitely look into going here!!
I have been seeing the physio's, and in particular Sam, on and off for a couple of years now and cant speak highly enough of them. With his very in depth knowledge, willingness to look outside the circle to find successful treatments and his use of ANF therapy, Sam has helped me overcome sport injuries that others could not. I think that, these days, to find someone that is willing to spend time making sure that the treatment you receive from him is exactly right for you is worth a small wait on occasion. Excellent service. Have had appointments with Matt and had one with Jasdeep - both are very good, really happy with their work. If you follow their advice for exercises you should be feeling better quicker. Keep up the good work Matt and and Jasdeep!
I’ve started seeing Sam Leslie because my ACL rehab wasn’t making great progress. Sam got me back on track. What I like about this clinic is the different methods and equipment they use. Sam used the Redcord system, Clinical Pilates equipment, dry needling, floss band, myotherapy etc to gain improved range of motion and improve strength. In recent years Sam added ANF Amino Neuro Frequency Therapy as a treatment method for a range of issues. I’ve experienced nerve related pain along with reduced strength and range of motion. Within 5-10minutes of placement of the ANF discs, my range of motion was nearly back to normal and the pain was significantly less. Other family members have the same results and have been seeing Sam since 2015. When Sam is away on a course, or being a team Physiotherapist at an international sporting event such as Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games and Universiade, we were able to see other Physiotherapists at the clinic who are just as knowledgeable.
