Tom Colliver is an amazing physiotherapist! I was experiencing neck and shoulder pain for a few months due to poor laptop posture. He sat me down and worked out what exercises I needed to do plus massaged away the areas that were tensed up on my back and around my neck. Very respectful, patient, helpful, and knowledgable. On a side note, the establishment uses a mobile app to help their patients track their progress and view the recommended exercises daily. This helped me stay on top of my therapy. Within a few weeks, I was already feeling much better and have been for the last few months now. Thank you guys for getting me back on track so quickly and for the long term!

First time patient and I am very happy with the service, will definitely come back.

I am appalled by the customer service of a certain receptionist at this place, from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out. Her attitude was horrific and inexplicable. When I called her out on her impoliteness I  was made to feel like i'd done something wrong.  Great way to bring customers in, I will never be back. Although the Physio I did see was lovely, such a shame.

I have been a patient of symmetry for over 7 years now, all the staff are amazing and extremely helpful. I highly recommend if you are looking for treatment that this is the place to go.

Excellent service level, shay is one of the best physiotherapist in the west.
