I was extremely disappointed and disheartened with the complete lack of service I received at Myers womens department today. I came hoping to buy a pair of shoes , matching hand bag and a jacket and a dress for my daughters wedding . After choosing 3 dresses and trying them on with no assistance from the lady on her computer right outside the change room .I gave up after wandering aimlessly for another 40 minutes without even a look in my direction from not one staff member. This also happened 2 weeks ago in Myers city store . Very poor for such a reputable store !!! Hope fully David Jones has better customer service ill happily spend the $600 I'de set aside to spend at Myers.
Absolutely amazing service at Myer today! The lovely Disha at the beautifully renovated makeup department and the wonderful manager Mel, I think! handled everything with such kindness and professionalism—not only matching the online sale price but also thanking me and even gifting me perfume samples! What more could you ask for as a valued Myer member? This is why I love shopping here—exceptional service and thoughtful extras. Thank you, Myer!
Never been treated like such a valued customer before : Toy section is set-up very well, range is also very nice. I'll definitely be returning there after the incredible service I received from Lucy AAAA++++ I'd give her a 100 outta 10 if could. The Gemstone fantasy & Holiday collection of Barbies there are just everything Highly recommend this store over others, if you're looking for quality customer service an toy products at a decent price. Quality over quantity is what I say
Wednesday 14th may I had a lovely experience with a lady by name of maria in the bra department. Lovely lady to chat to. I had surgery back in November last year that I am still healing from, she was hands on with Adjusting my bra.nThere is very few bra fitters out there that are still hands on, all others still won't do it since covid now they are just being lazy and arent doing their job ......can't even call you bra fitting specialist lol.nReally makes it hard for some bigger size girls to get an Accurate size, I was one of them girls for over 15 years until November.nnThank you maria.
I’m not really a fan of this store overall, but they have good and patient staff.
