I had a fantastic experience with Kerry at Big W Marion. She was incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to help me find what I needed. Kerry even looked up a product on her device to ensure I got the best information possible. Her dedication to customer service made my shopping experience so much better. I really appreciate her effort and highly recommend seeking her out when you visit!
Very good store well laid out & is very clean & tidy
I came in this morning with my kids and was served by Elise. She is such a lovely lady, and my kids loved hanging with her to do their Cubeez! Thanks Elise you really brightened up our day! We look forward to coming back to Big W
Went to Big W Marion tonight 24/5/25 to get two balloons blown up. The young man at the party section said they couldn’t blow any more balloons up tonight. It takes 20 seconds to do. I got the impression he just didn’t want to work. Very poor service. Sorry to say but I won’t be back here in future.
