Boxing day sale pricing still a little high, staff know there stuff and friendly. Overall it's always a nice place to wander around.
I went in there with my daughter to collect my online order and on our way out my daughter saw this Pokemon section. We had a look and saw something she wanted. We haven't been to Myer Chatswood before. It has everything you need. Next time when we have more time, we'll definitely go back and have a proper look. The team members we approached were so friendly and helpful!
Sucks big time!!! No wonder why David Jones is so much better. Staff wouldn’t even give a normal shopping bag without cost when in need. Smaller businesses and cafes are far better when it comes to lending out a small paper bag
I recently visited the Myers Department Store in Chatswood with my daughter and had a very disappointing experience. While shopping in the home department, my daughter experienced a stomach ache and I suggested that she lay down on one of the display beds to see if it would help. However, a store manager confronted her and told her she was not allowed to sit on the bed, which left her very upset and frightened. I believe that this manager's behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional, especially when dealing with a young child. I hope that the store will take appropriate action to ensure that other customers, especially children, are not treated in this manner in the future. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at the Myers Department Store in Chatswood and hope that they will take steps to improve their customer service.
At the menswear counter I got served by a really nice and friendly mean in a quick and efficient manner. I'd like more staff on the floor though as I spent over 35 min in baby wear searching for some items and gave up as I couldn't find anyone to help.
Gentleman today with a pony tail in the men’s shoe section provided terrible service. Wanted to buy a few loafers, walking around for around 10-15 mins, no hi or anything. He was with a customer so I waited until he was not busy in conversation with them and I just wanted to ask a simple question that would have taken him 5-10 seconds to answer. Before I barely got a word out he rudely cut me off and said I’m with a customer I’ll get to you. I own multiple retail stores and that is not the way you acknowledge or juggle between customers if you need to. Sad standard for myers.

I had such a great experience with Touran today, at Myer’s store in Westfield Chatswood, where I bought a new Dyson vacuum. She was patient, helpful, knowledgeable and just lovely. Luke, who was on his way to his break, jumped in without hesitation to help us as well - that was so good too! Thank you Touran! Thank you Luke! Wonderful service all round today!
Bought some dresses today from the women's curve section. Trish was extremely helpful and friendly and picked out some lovely dresses which I ended up purchasing. Great experience!
Item was out of stock at Myers Castle Towers, so I caught the Metro to Chatswood. Service staff were excellent, quickly demonstrated the item, and bought using rewards points. Quick trip back to Castle Hill on the Metro. About 23 mins.
