As with all DJ stores, service very good. However, was left waiting 15 minutes as staff searched for the box for this vase...eventually they were unable to find the box, so the sale did not go through
Spent 30 minutes trying to call them. No one picked up the phone. Would have been faster going into the store.
The lady worked in Sportcraft at 5pm today is not helpful. I asked if she can help me find a correct size. She suggested I can buy the wrong size and exchange to the one I want tomorrow because they are closing In 10 minutes....Worst suggestion ever......

Nice store with lots of variety and good sales atm. Ample parking which makes it easy for all.
