Just good to pick up prescriptions, doctors are not helpful at all and most times I went there I got the feeling they are more guessing than knowing what they do. Organisation is pretty messy (wasted one day off work to go to an unnecessary appointment with the nurse, who said after 2 min she can’t help me. Don’t know why the doc wanted me to go there?), girl at the front desk is just unbelievable lazy (“Don’t know where the X-ray centre is, I’m not from here!”). Better off to go to a non bulk bill doc, my condition just got worse thanks to their way off work.

Served by an extremely rude, unprofessional and self righteous receptionist both in person and over the phone today at 5.30pm. Was rude about being 10 minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances, even though I apologised, made me fill out a form and wait 30minutes to then tell me I wouldn't be seen. Was also rude about not having a Medicare card on hand even though I had the number and Id. Absolutely Appalling. If I was unable to be seen for being late, fine, let me know straight away. Do not get me to fill out a form and sit and wait for 30minutes. The service I received was extremely juvenile and unprofessional and doesn't reflect well on the clinic, there was definitely an uncaring attitude for both the doctor and receptionist in what is supposed to be a CARING industry. I have been a medical receptionist in the past and know that is definitely not how things are dealt with. You are providing a HEALTH SERVICE for PEOPLE remember that! I Immediately left and found a great clinic near by with a professional and lovely receptionist who was completely fine with me only having a Medicare number, thank you for helping me to find a great practice near by to receive the medical attention I required :)

Thank you guys for being so professional and helpful . I was treated at this clinic a few months ago and absolutely satisfied with the service and diagnosis I was given . Highly recommended .

Incredible bulk billing service. I was greeted by a professional and polite receptionist and I was seen even earlier than my appointment!!! Dr Kam is the best and most thorough doctor I have come across and I feel secure coming to this clinic. CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH!
