When I first started physio with Karthik I was suffering from neck, shoulder and elbow injuries. He has been so helpful throughout my recovery, and I can't thank him enough for all of the knowledge he has shared with me along the way. Clinical Pilates has been a very effective way to strengthen my body, and even though I've been pain free and strong for at least 5 months now, I still see 'my physio' for a weekly Pilates class. I have been seeing Karthik for a couple of months now after presenting to him with severe pain from a frozen shoulder and calcific tendonitis. I had sought help with other treatments over a number of months previously and my condition only worsened. I can honestly say that after only two treatments from Karthic, the pain was reduced by 70-80 percent. I was so relieved and, after a number of subsequent visits, my shoulder is almost back to full mobility. He is an excellent physiotherapist, very knowledgeable and friendly and someone who genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for his patients! Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Karthik at Capalaba My Physio is one of the best physiotherapist in this profession. His knowledge, skills and attention to detail is amazing. He could help me with dry needling were other physiotherapist said there is nothing we can do about it. I can highly recommend him to anybody who suffers any muscle related pains. Cheers
