I cannot speak highly enough of Scott at Activate Physiotherapy. I saw him regarding a wrist injury and was so relieved to receive expert advice. He was very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and friendly. He was able to tell me the severity of the injury, an expected recovery time, and advise on what activities are safe to continue.  He was very gentle in treating it, and I have had almost no pain since it has been strapped. Thanks Scott!

Mike at Activate Physiotherapy is the only physio that has fixed my chronic neck problems!  I'm a relatively fit person - run 3-4 times a week - but as an IT guy I do tend to spend a lot of time in front of the computer. Yep.. it's an occupational hazard.  If you're anything like me, then do yourself a favour and go see this big bearded legend. He's strong, yet tender, and skilled at sports massage and diagnosing long standing issues.  I've also had several rounds of acupuncture which really has helped ease my neck issues. I go back and see him every few months.

I found Activate Physio online as i was looking for an alternative to managing my son's fracture instead of waiting at emergency for hours. I got an appointment the same day and they organised xrays and a cast and a cast cover so that he could swim in which was great as we were going camping for the Xmas holidays. Great service and much relief for our family. Thankyou Scott

I saw Myles for a trouble shoulder the past few weeks.  It's been giving me grief for years and I've been to many other physios/osteos/chiros and specialists with no luck.  But a friend of mine recommended him after sorting out his crook back....and I can't believe I"m saying this...but my shoulder seems to finally be good again! touch wood.  Thankyou so much Myles for your awesome work, highly recommended physio who I heard even worked in the olympics too!
