My niece and sister purchased a GHD straightener for my birthday , she asked for a platinum and the girl who sold it to her gave her the wrong product . Went in the store today all we wanted to do is pay an extra $60 more to get the right product as the girls sold us the wrong one . The lady behind the counter said they don’t exchange the GHD straightening is once they leave the store . We tried to explain to her that the girl sold my sister the wrong product. There are no signs in the store that state once a GHD is purchased there will be no exchange. People should be aware of this and if they do need to buy a GHD product that you would be better off to buy online as you can get an exchange. Which is sad as you always want to support the local stores but clearly they don’t want to support their local customers. When I walked out I felt that they were laughing at me and now my sister has wasted $300 on a present.
