I got colour correcting done by Jourdy Oliver and she did a great job getting my hair to the right colour, and I was happy with how Sam washed my hair that included a head massage. I am from out of town and had my hair done at another salon for an occasion. It was a disaster and I had no idea how to fix it. After a frantic call to Hakkas the wonderful Renee came to my rescue to re pin my hair and I walked out smiling! Renee was friendly, attentive and professional. Only too happy to help me and relieve my stress. I would highly recommend this salon. Impeccable service! Thank you once again! You don’t know how much I appreciated it!

I never miss a trip to Hakkas when in town! I travel from Melbourne on a regular basis to see family, so I always plan visits around times for a cut! The salon is bright, busy, friendly and professional,  services are very reasonably priced and I always enjoy my visit. Staff really do listen to your requests,  give honest advice and offer the benefit of their professional experience. Marvellous Deb is my bestest Scissor Sister and I swear to god if she ever retires I will cry my eyes dry!

Service was good. Apprentice was friendly, chatty, did a good job. BUT website price list shows $35 for blow wave. Further down price list shows $46 for Wedding blow wave. I was going TO a wedding and therefore had my hair blow waved/straightened but didn't expect to pay inflated costs as if I was IN a Wedding of $46. Be sure of the price you are to pay before you except the service.

On my way home to Tassie in a caravan, Hakkas fit me in at short notice and did a truly awesome job.  A wonderful, friendly salon with a great atmosphere.. I'll be crossing that Bass Straight with a big smile on my face... thank you Hakka!!

All staff friendly and extremely professional.  Always listen to you to ensure you are happy with the end result.  Would never hesitate to refer someone to Hakkas
