My Ride offered me the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced in Whangārei. My bike was fixed quickly and to the highest standard just when I was in despair about ever having a functional bike again. I got offered fantastic tips about maintenance and gear solutions, and they took the time to answer my questions.
Only been there once and everything was fine, got some grips and a quick link [bonus, actually 2 links in the pack] would have bought a helmet and pedals today but closed Sunday oops will go back
Purchased a scooter for our youngest as his last one from a chain store lasted 1 year. The product on sale seemed of batter quality for the same price as the big chain stores. The team were really friendly and helpful
I go in to my ride to help me measure my steam and my handle bars so I know I'm getting the right stuff 2 weeks later I go in to check on my bike the bars didn't fit the steam I had to wait 1 more week . I also decided to pay for a service about 2 weeks in the front breaks are sketchy I told them to fix them. The front gear doesn't work and when I went in to go get it fix the guy had a look and told me what's wrong he walked off and smiled. Later on today 3/12/20 my derailleur is all messed up and not changing gear. Dont recommend never going back.
Those guys gave my dad 2 appointments to fix his bike and sent him home twice. Even though we have called them to double check and re-confirm the second appointment was booked. We've only experienced a poor costumer service. I wouldnt recommend spending a penny at MyRide.
Took my bike in to have the brake alignment checked. Sorted quickly and no charge given. Great stuff
We arrived in New Zealand from Canada with two boxed bikes that needed a little shop work. Thanks to the great staff here for accommodating a very Jet legged family, on short notice, in helping us with our needs. Much appreciated!
So disappointed with this place after spending thousands of dollars in their store I have been to ask the mechanic for advice and was told he couldn’t when it was only general info I was after, and now desperately needing my gears looked at quickly for a bike Tripp up north, because they went shifting correctly Was told no sorry can’t help ya, and it’s the bike I recently brought from them for $4300 ,
Everyone here is so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this store to anyone, they are the best bike shop around with such good prices :
