As one of her patients ,I have gotten to know Raji on a professional basis and can thoroughly vouch for her character and abilities. Being recommended to her in Feb 2013 by my General Practitioner, Raji was very instrumental in guiding me to fit digital hearing aids to improve my quality of life for my high frequency hearing loss. The complexities of fitting hearing aids to people who suffer hearing loss can be very difficult. In my case of hearing loss and the type of work I perform , from being on a building site to in an office meeting as a construction manager it was not just simple fix. Purchasing, fitting and tuning hearing aids with ear moulds was the next step. With her help , hearing aids have improved my quality of life Little things that I missed before I now hear. Raji was very professional & very precise to solve any issues that I encountered. Her pleasant and positive attitude made the experience of having hearing aids fitted worthwhile. My kid has the tendency to mess up with his hearing aids most of the times. However, be it a weekend or at the middle of the night, Raji always picks up the call and has always been patient and readily helped us when needed. I really appreciate your help and I highly recommend your services.

Thank you Raji for providing excellent service and taking care of my grandpa’s hearing needs. The other audiologists I tried provided one specific product, however you aided us and made adjustments to the ear pieces just like how grandpa wanted it.
