Auckland's best pie place and has been for probably 30 years. Friendly staff, great prices. Even open Sat until 3pm. What more could you want from a pie shop - easy 5 stars.

Best pie ever. Beats any pie i have ever had. Steak & Mushroom was so yum. Being naughty got a potato top. Not only  big and yummy  mince, had a  pastry lid  on top. Best bit is Muzza is stilll kicking and riding  motorcycles.  And has a cool team running his  pie shop. Unbeliefable  pies

3 words...Smoked Fish Pie. My first time trying both Muzza's and a smoked fish pie. With no clue what to expect, went by the recommendations. It's got a good not so overpowering fish flavor with a light creamy sauce. Not too runny, just the way I like it and flakey. If you like heat in your food, goes great with some Sriracha. Highly recommend, you won't regret.  I also picked up their Chicken Apricot pie, worth a try. It was good, not too sweet at all...maybe not for my taste preferences.  The lady at the counter was nice and friendly. Small local shop, totally worth visiting for your pie fix. Can't believe it took me so long to try Muzza's. Wonder which pie I would order when I'm there next...

Very pleasant gentleman behind the counter. I came all the way from out west to try the smoked fish pie and was not disappointed. Probably a little more expensive than I'm used to but as a treat it was worth it

First time here had a Steak and cheese was delicious did not want it to finish. Balanced ratio of pastry and filling imo. And sausage roll was nice.. cheers guys

1st class pies and delightful people. Highly recommended and worth a detour if you are not a local. Get there before 1300 or you may find the pies all snapped up!

The absolute BEST pies in Auckland, melt in your mouth pastry with the most decent substantial fillings that you can tell have been made with quality ingredients and made with love!!! So good that I keep forgetting to take photos and only once demolished that I remember "I should have got a photo"

2/5 mostly for the price. Pie was okay, but for the price it's set at, was sort of bland considering. Didn't exactly have cheese except a tiny little blob rest had melted outside the pie.  The steak is good at least, people probably think it's shredded due to being that tender, your teeth just slice through, but that's about the only part I can say was good. Customer service was excellent though.

10/10 Great pies!! Quality flakey pastry, tasty and generous filling. Well worth a visit!

A pit stop not to be missed. Discovered Muzzis years ago and when driving in the area find some magnetic force pulling my car towards this place:-. Still think it's one of the best pie shops in the country.
