Really really excellent service, from a wonder crew. Irrespective of the time of day, they are always friendly, always se be a great coffee and just give such a wonderful customer experience. Fantastic!
a huge shout out to Indi & Ocean who saved me the other week when my car broke down in the drive thru - Indi jump started my car while Ocean was trying to calm me down and offered me my coffee free of charge - i come here most weekend mornings and Ocean serves me most days always lovely friendly service. Thanks again girls x
Friendly staff. Good coffee. A little more expensive than other drive thru like Maccas and Hungry Jacks, but the coffee is generally better.
Advertised as open. Never answer phones. Send vouchers and deals to people via the ubereats app then don't turn on their app service to allow people to order. Have had countless vouchers expire without being able to use them. If you call and they EVER answer you will be told "the app is playing up, try again in 10mins" worst muzzbuzz in all off Perth by far. Also have a habit of swapping out classic blend for smooth on delivery orders so if you do manage to order something, it usually won't end up being what you wanted.
Don’t bother going here after 3pm as you can pretty much guarantee the staff will be ‘cleaning’ the equipment, whether you’re after a coffee or a juice. Waited in line behind multiple vehicles to then be asked to go around to the other window so the woman could clean her coffee machine. Has happened multiple times before. Waste of time.
Bought an ice coffee frappe and a mocha frappe before 9am on 21/3/21. Worst we've had from all the Muzz Buzz stores in the Northern suburbs area. Never had frappes with such big chunks of ice with just a hint of milk and coffee. Very disappointing for $6 each, should've just munched on ice cubes at home.

Went to muzz buzz to get an iced coffe with ice cream and when I revived it there was no ice cream and when I checked in the cup there was a long black hair floating inside the cup very dissatisfied
We ordered our on the app to get them ahead time to avoid waiting because our busy day ahead and they didn’t even start making the drinks until we arrived.
Ordered a latte this morning. What I got was no better than a Hungry Jack's machine coffee at twice the price. No foam. Filled to the brim so it spilt in the car. Would not recommend.
