We stayed for 2 nights camping on a powered site just for a quick getaway. The place is huge and the facilities are clean. The on site manager was friendly and very helpful. The creek itself was very low as it had not rained properly for the past 12 months. There is a swimming hole at the creek which enough for you to have relax and float in. Fires were permitted but had to be off ground. We hired a fire pit which was perfect to keep the fire contained and safe for the kids and surrounding bush. Great for kids and families in my opinion.

Had a fantastic, relaxing weekend away with the dogs and the wife; nothing really to complain about. The staff were helpful and accommodating, it wasn't a busy weekend, and we were afforded plenty of privacy and weren't next to anyone. The amenities were excellent, clean, and plenty of hot water for all. My only gripe would be the having to have dogs leashed and tethered at all times, however I understand this is likely a public liability thing; and in the grand scheme of things isn't that important. We will definitely be back.

Plenty of activities for the kids to do... management are very nice and plenty of areas to choose from to camp. Very happy here :)

It's a pitty there's not more water in Murphys Creek. What we experienced was more of a stagnant small watering hole. The amenities were very basic and we paid $48 per night for a non-powered site and no water (other than what we could get from the amenities block). It has real potential, but I think we paid too much for what we received.

Not great at all. When there is no water there's pretty much nothing to do. It advertises itself as an adventure park...its the complete opposite. Everything is very run down.
