What a great team Michelle and James are! After buying and selling a number of homes in the past, my automatic 'go to' is Munn Partners. Not only are they professional, they don't give a salesman's pitch to try and force your hand into signing a contract and after signing a contract they keep you informed every step of the way. I was lucky enough to sell for a record price at auction, with James being the auctioneer. I highly recommend anyone who's looking to auction their home to do it under James's hammer - you have to see him in action to understand and he's no doubt one of the best in his game because he is hired out by other agents! These guys really are an amazing team - and i forgot the best part - they have a set fee that can save you thousands compared to some real estates! Thanks for all your hard work and getting me top dollar at a great price :)

My fiancé and I relocated to the Carrum Downs area late last year and needed a rental pretty quickly. We had quite a few dealings with other realestate agency’s, which is a very frustrating and tiresome process due too not only the number of people viewing property's in the rental market, But also having to deal with young realestate employees that spend more time standing out the front on their phones looking like they would rather be anywhere else but answering simple questions about the property they are viewing. 

We finally found a beautiful property listed by MUNN PARTNERS.
Not only did James stay back to allow us to  view the property ( which is unheard of! )
He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. And just an all round top bloke.

Both James and Michelle stayed in constant contact throughout the application process.
Which I must add was extremely fast! And a pleasant surprise.

Being in the property for a while now, both James and Michelle have continued thier professionalism every step of the way, from extreamly quick maintenance resolution, to any general questions or issues we have had.

Dealing with MUNN PARTNERS feels like dealing with friends rather then a realestate that just wants to fill their rental listings. 

They have never put me on hold when I have called.
Never have i been transferred to somebody else only to spend 40mins on the phone to ask a simple question. 
And they always seem to have me laughing by the end of every conversation. 

I can’t recommend MUNN PARTNERS highly enough to anyone who is in the market to buy or rent a home.

I know we will not be dealing with any other agency from now on

Before I start, a bit of context, I understand that in property sales, agents work for their vendor, so we (the buyers) went in with a very clear target of our budget and conditions. This review comes after dealing with other real estate agents in the area when we viewed comparable properties. All I will say is that Munn Partners Real Estate were nothing but professional from the start and we are very pleased to have bought from them. The other agents we dealt with, made us very uncomfortable from the start, and ironically, eventually when their property sold, it was for a price below what we would have eventually offered if we weren’t turned off by the nonsense tactics employed by the other agent. That said, we are very glad we didn’t go with the other property. So, this is not a review written based on elation and excitement experienced from purchasing a new home, but careful consideration of the experience with dealing with Munn Partners Real Estate, both in comparison to other agents in the area when we searched for a house in the area, and in comparison to another agent that sold us a previous property. 

REVIEW
Like other growing families, my wife and I were searching for a new home when we came across a property listed for sale by Munn Partners Real Estate.

Like any buyer, we were looking for a good property at a good price. I emailed Munn Partners Real Estate and got a call from Michelle the next day. She organised a viewing of the property the following afternoon (at my request) after checking with her vendor. After a viewing and some negotiation on the price and conditions, an offer was made and we had a deal.

From our experience with Michelle, she was excellent in her communication with us, straightforward and direct. She was also very accommodating with assisting us in doing our due diligence prior to closing the deal. This included conducting of the building and pest inspections. Michelle also assisted with top notch communication with the vendor. Michelle’s service continued two weeks after settlement when she called today to ask if everything was as expected and to offer assistance if required.

In the end, the deal worked out well for all of us. We (the buyers) were happy with the price we paid for the property and the vendor was happy for making the sale of a beloved family home to another family. A great result for all.

Again, whilst we have no experience dealing with Munn Partners Real Estate as a vendor/landlord, Michelle certainly made the process very easy and enjoyable through her honest and direct approach.

If we had a property to sell/lease in the area, we wouldn’t hesitate to approach Munn Partners Real Estate.
