"They deserve zero stars. I have personally dealt with ANGUS, and they don’t deserve even one star. In short, they are not professional and unethical. Don’t trust them. After giving them a one-star review, they went to my business page and gave my business a one-star review. This shows what kind of business you are dealing with – one that can’t handle complaints. Rather than resolving the issue, they will try to blame it on you. The whole issue started when their property manager confirmed that a property was body protected before signing the lease. However, when our electrician checked it after signing the lease, it was not body protected. They gave us wrong information. Instead of resolving the issue and rectifying their mistake, their response was that we had already signed the lease, so it was too late now.

Unprofessional agents trying to avoid fixing property for months, and when disaster finally explodes, they dare to try to put the repairing cost on tenants. We are going to VSBC/VCAT too. Unprofessional low-competence off the market. That means your agents, Cameron

Worst customer service agent I have ever dealt with. Trying to get them to get the landlord fix leaking window seal, cracked glass door has proved to be a real challenge. My next step is going to VCAT. I will have to focus on their poor service, and waste time at courts instead of focusing on my core business. I have videos and text messages to support these issues.

Angus Clark has high standard working ethics, great professional knowledge of the local area & excellent in transactional negotiation.   We highly recommended Cameron Commercial for their Property Service.

Incredibly unprofessional. We were interested in a commercial property and called the agent to discuss. We mentioned our industry to Nicole which we are aware has a stigma attached to it. She said she would speak to the landlord and get back to us. We didn’t hear anything and called her back to find out two applications had already been presented to the landlord and we were not given the opportunity to present and put our case forward. We really felt discriminated against and even when dealing with us both times she was incredibly cold and not interested. We have an incredibly well established brand with nearly over 1 million followers and could have built a great relationship with you guys to find the right location for us to expand but unfortunately your unprofessionalism was quite repellent.

We've been in a commercial leasing contract through Cameron for the last 3 years and they are hands down the best real estate agents to deal with. My real estate agent Gab Buchanan has been absolutely amazing, always friendly, ready to help, and accommodating.  I can not speak highly enough about her or thank her enough for all support we have received during our contract. We're very appreciative of all her assistance with our lease.

Quite unprofessional while dealing with tenants issues - Gab Bartolo likes to take her own sweet time in dealing with tenants issues and does not even feel like updating them about how they are dealing with tenants problems. I understand they have 100 of properties to manage and cannot devote all their energy to 1 issue only but a courtesy phone call or email goes a long way in building respect and trust  guess you forget such approach when you rise up the ladder  Well if that’s what Cameron realestate believes in then be it  Thanks

The team at Cameron, specifically David Johnson has been such a tremendous help in assisting us to navigate our way through the commercial property market. We have bought several properties from David and found him to be an excellent with communication and giving us honest feedback.
