I wish if I could give this agent a zero star. My friend is renting through this agent and has always paid rent in time. When she sold her business, she contacted this agent to organise for the transfer of lease, she hardly got any response from the agent. How poor is this? 
Settlement of the business has to postpone a few times which cost a lot of money for both my friend and the new coming tenants. 
My friend said she would never rent from this agent again. If you are a landlord, why would you give your property to this agent to manage when your tenants are saying they won’t rent from this agent again.  You are paying this agent to do a job, yet that job has been continuously neglected.

If I could give this agent zero star I would. The most frustrating agent to deal with by far for me. I would avoid using this agent at all cost. I am a tenant renting from Cameron. The property Manager Lucy McMahon, she does not reply her email or answer her phone. If I have an enquiry about something, good luck with getting her to action upon it. I had the most frustrating time recently getting a lease reassigned. Now, 4 weeks later after my lease has been reassigned, I still have not recieved my bond back. Between myself and my lawyer, we have sent her at least seven emails about the bond. Yet not a single response back. It is just silence which we get from her and I am almost used to this by now. It is unbelievable that this agent get paid for their work. So slow and inefficent.  The only thing they are good at is ignoring you.

I have dealt with Cameorns for over 28 years and can honestly say they are the most professional, knowledgeable and ethical industrial agents in Melbourne’s south eastern corridor.  The Sales & Leasing team, lead by Ben Cooper, has consistently provided me with expert advice regarding my investment opportunities.  Needless to say, my investment portfolio is also managed by Camerons and I believe the team manage it as if it were their own.  Stephanie Szekely  has always ensured that my tenant’s are looked after and provided with the correct advice.

I would strongly recommend the use of Cameron’s for any industrial commercial real estate matters.
