Amazing beer. Every Time when we are in Wellington we visit this restaurant. Amazing Munchen beer. Belgian food. Good for beer. Cheerful and friendly staff. Definitely recommend for people who like Belgian beer.

First time at Munchen and I was totally surprised and impressed.  We arrived at 21.30 for lunch so it wasn't too busy yet but music was on and a bit loud.  Waiter saw we had an asleep new born and asked if we would like it turned down a bit which was appreciated and accepted.
Service itself was great too, waiter conversed well and service for drinks and food was quick.  
The food itself was yummy and good sized portions.  I had the chicken wings and wedges and hubby had the snitzel.
Will definitely visit again :)

Food is not good, chicken schnitzel tastes of water. Really bad service and had to re-order several times. Worst food and service I've seen in Wellington. Seriously not worth going to this place.

Nice restaurant in central Wellington. Good selection of meals and beer. Great to sit out in the sun on a nice day
