They offer a lunch menu which is quite reasonable, would be better if it came with a drink. Menus were really dirty and the place could use some lightening up. Service was good and did not take long for the food to arrive. Do not expect your usual sweet butter chicken here, this taste a bit better and not too sweet. My colleagues ordered the veg and non veg thali which gives a good variety and worth.
Food came out fairly quickly 20min and was cooked fresh. We ordered 2x butter chicken dishes. It tasted quite authentic and we enjoyed it. The only thing that made this rating 4/5 stars was the price and portion size. $19 for one small portion of butter chicken without rice is very pricey.
Party catering: we ordered for 50 people for birthday event. Everyone enjoyed the food. I still get wonderful comments about the food served on the day. Taste was perfect and everything was ready on time as promised. Shafey has made made right suggestion in selecting the menu and was also catering to kids and there choices. I would strongly recommend them for any party/event orders.
Quick service, yummy food. It was a relief to find this place which serves awesome Hyderabadi food. We had chicken tikka marinated very well, amritsari fish which left us wishing we could have more pieces :. Both goat and chicken biriyani with salan was good. Personally I prefer the goat biriyani. Lastly not to forget the gajar ka halwa and the best double ka meeta I have ever had!
Their Biriyani is the best! It's a nice mogul styled Hyderabadi one! Mouth watering mate!!! I want to again. Many of the Indian restaurants in Sydney have compromised on the original Indian tastes appealing to the local crowd. But, not these guys. I will continue to be your loyal customer until you keep the authentic tastes alive!
Great place. I order through uber eats and made a mistake on my order. I phoned the restaurant and the guy was very polite and told me he received my order and he will make the changes. The food was delivered maybe 30 Min after I place the order and it was still hot. There food is amazing I had Chicken Korma and Butter Naan! I will definitely be back thank you for great service!
Authentic Hyderabadi Biryani and nice choice of both North Indian and South Indian food. The staff and owner are friendly and the prices are reasonable for the location. Also, liked the food and catering they did recently for a event at home
Love mogul darbar food...!! Perfect Hyderabad style biryani, chicken tandoori, mutton curries. We liked veg food as well. Veg items are equally good as non veg items. # Cut mirchi is highlight #. They delivered good quantity and quality on our catering orders. Dont hesitate to visit mogul darbar again.
We had bhindi do pyaza & dal tadka from this place & it was truly wonderful. I must admit, although the place looks reasonably small it tastes far better than those fancy fine dinning Indian restaurants. Never had such authentic Indian food here in Sydney. Well done, keep up d taste & people will follow
Unassuming cafe style restaurant with the most amazing food and good service. Will definitely return and recommend! Best Indian I've had in Sydney by far! Masala Dosa was sensational.
