Unfortunately, this store hasn't always abided by the national milk policy of not charging for soy, almond or lactose free. Head office and myself were lied to several times by the managers of this store; head office were told that the store wasn't charging for milk, and I was told that no one had contacted or visited the store. Because of all these things, they lost me as a customer.
