Use to be top notch. Visited December 2017, started off with a stale yo yo biscuit. Changed it for a custard square which was also old. I have worked in the hospo industry for years, so I know when food has been kept for too long. Start dating your food and keep it fresh, there is nothing worse than food that is stale.

Asked about scanning my muffin break card & was told it should have been done before payment went through - I wasn't asked or prompted by staff. No point having a loyalty scheme if it's not promoted.

Not overly polite and talking down to customers, took a very long time to make 2 drinks could have ordered here gone somewhere else got coffee from there and still been waiting and when we finally got our order one of the drinks was incorrect,it wasnt a busy day at all! Will not he going again

I have recently discovered the Hazelnut Milkshake. YUM! I've never thought of that as a flavour before but it's amazing.
