Muffin Break Burleigh West

Very warm and friendly staff/environment. Exceeded my expectations! I have a very annoying coffee order... and normally I am embarrassed to order it but today I was craving a coffee! Decaf, skim, warm, caramel latte. Michael took my order and didn’t even flinch! I am used to people making a face or seem to be annoyed. He was more than happy to make it PLUS I got the big brekky and having no bacon he didn’t charge me for my caramel. I also asked for the eggs poached and they came perfect! Both female and male staff were very friendly and by the customers saying goodbye by name I can tell their customer service is beyond expectations all round. Very impressed.

I am very happy with Muffin Break at Stock lands Mall because I can safely eat gluten free muffins without having a reaction. The coffee is good too.

Always happy and welcoming staff. Great place for a coffee. Very sorry to hear we are losing it as it is closing down tomorrow. Poor decision.

The store has been apparently been taken back by head office since the old owner left. The coffee and muffin was OK but considering it was mid morning the floor was in need of cleaning under tables etc.

Friendly staff, the coffee is consistently nice n there's always offers to get cheap meals. Keeps me coming back

terrible coffee and poor service. staff were short and grumpy and coffee was burnt, piping hot and undrinkable. won't be returning
